Isma Prados is a very well– known cook, writes for newspapers and magazines, hosts daily radio and TV programs and publishes books on cooking… His very personal way of introducing ordinary people to both healthy and delicious -though not necessarily expensive- Mediterranean cuisine in an easy way has gained him a cult following. He is presently alternating his television collaborations with articles and recipes for diverse newspapers and magazines, and is applying his experience as a chef and his academic training as an engineer to designing a series of innovative cookery utensils.

He is the author of six cookbooks. His latest published title is iCook. Manual de cocina para emancipados (Planeta, 2012), his most comprehensive book to date.
