Javier JUÁREZ
Madrid, 1968
Javier Juarez has a degree in Information Sciences from Complutense University of Madrid. He also studied economics and the European Union at the National University of Distance Education and Complutense University. He has worked as a journalist since 1989, the year in qhich he joined the SER. A year later he entered Telemadrid, where he worked in the roles of editor, editor-in-chief of economic information, and publisher of information services.
He has combined this work with historical research. To date he has published five books, all of them commercial, essay, or biography: Juan Pujol, el espía que derrotó a Hitler (Temas de Hoy, 2004); Madrid, Londres, Berlin (Temas de Hoy, 2005); La guarida del lobo (Malabar, 2007); Patria. Una española en la KGB (Debate, 2008); and Comandante Durán. Leyenda y tragedia de un intelectual en armas (Debate, 2009).
