De profesión ingeniera industrial, ha vivido en México y España, donde curso el Master en Creación Literaria en la UPF de Barcelona. En 2001 ganó el Primer premio en el concurso de relatos Casablanca. Varios de sus cuentos han sido publicados en diversos periódicos y revistas. La región prohibida es su primer libro.
